Then, the customer that is complaining thinks "Oh. These scammer companies like to target specific people, people who have a large following, and then actually send them a product (even though it's still garbage) so that way that person can promote it, and trick other people into getting it. Well half the time these people actually get away with it, because they DO get the "product"
If there is slave labor in advancing economies its in places like fast food and retail in the USA where the worker more than likely is also receiving welfare to pay her basic bills, has to pay for private health insurance, and has zero mandated vacation days. Its not different than an entry-level job in the USA, except in China the workers are entitled to socialized healthcare and x amount of vacation days as dictated by the state. To be fair, places like Foxconn pay either minimum wage or higher in China. Conservatives have only one position: whatever dishonest BS is good for me in this moment and will change in the next moment. The fact that the freedomphone is some cheap and spyware ridden junk phone made in China only matters to those who believe in honesty and who have moral positions. The business community in conservsative circles of course loves cheap manufacturing but they also need to push China hate because it keeps these rubes voting against their own interests and for the interests of the wealthy.
